The Informed Mind Body Program ( TIMBo) is aimed at people from all walks of life who could benefit from gaining skills and tools to enhance their physical and emotional well-being. It was designed specifically for women to strategically address the effects of stress and trauma on the mind & body. With TIMBo we strive to lead women towards empowerment and recovery by cultivating mindfulness through yoga, meditation and self-inquiry. We will be introducing some of the TIMBo tools which are helpful in enabling healing and self regulation.
