Connie Doe has been working in the bodywork/healing field for 6 years. She is a survivor of domestic violence and is now thriving. Her mission and passion in life is help women that have experienced trauma, become healthy strong courageous women that are flourishing.
Connie is a certified Reflexologist, yoga instructor, BodyTalk Practitioner and certified TIMBo facilitator. She intuitively integrates all of these modalities when she works with women.
She is working towards creating a mentoring program for women that have lived with domestic violence. The hope is it will allow women a safe platform to talk about the abuse they have or are experiencing and find a light to know there is a way out, and an opportunity to heal.
With all the tools in her tool box, along with her sister, there is hope of creating a healing center for women to become whole and follow their path with heart.
She is often found on her bike, in her garden, or on her yoga mat.
She is blessed with three beautiful daughters and three magical grandbabies.

Cheri Soelberg’s 30+ years of experience in the healing arts has given her a unique ability for holding space for women and their families to heal from significant trauma and stress.
She has an intuitive gift for listening well and helping others find and speak their truth.
She has worked as a certified Body Talk practitioner since 2003, is trained in essential oil healing modalities and is in the final stage of becoming a certified TIMBo facilitator.
Cheri and her sister are in the beginning stages of taking all of their training and life experiences to help build and form the space for women to find a safe haven to heal.
On any random week you’ll find her biking the canyons of Utah, snowshoeing through snowy peaks, rock climbing, hiking the beauty of Zion, spending time with her family, and blissfully digging in her garden.

Ann Strickland will lead chanting, singing, and some movement too on our river journey.
Ann leads musical mantra practice with communities in the Puget Sound region. Ann is the Music and Arts Director at Grace Episcopal Church on Bainbridge Island. Ann has travelled to India, leading musical mantra meditation, with her mentor Astrid Pujari and plans to travel there again in early spring 2017.
Ann is a student of yoga and music—studying breath-work, asana, meditation and Sanskrit mantra. Her great joy is the power, joy and peace experienced in the simplicity and directness of music-making in community.
Ann is most at home in her garden and behind a piano or spending time with family and friends.
